My small Dior Book Tote Toile got damaged, so I got an exchange approval. I was worried for a while because I had nothing to exchange it for. I tried the new Book Tote Leather Mini, the Di-Joy, and even the Lady Dior, but the Lady Dior was definitely the prettiest. I ended up paying a lot extra and getting the Lady Dior Small. Since they said no exchanges or refunds, I didn't even get it wrapped and just carried it out. I think they'll probably raise prices this year, and the Lady Dior will likely have the biggest increase. I went quite a while after the Dior issue, and it seems like the issue has calmed down now. The store was bustling again, and everyone was carrying one. Dior is Dior, after all. The SA wrapped my Mitzah scarf around the handle, but is it normally tied on the back of the handle? I just let them do it. Hehe. I found out by searching the cafe that all three crystals could be added. Oh, dear. Why didn't the SA tell me? Ugh. I re-tied the Mitzah scarf myself at home. I'm satisfied because I think mine looks prettier! Hehe. The Lady Dior is so pretty! <3 <3
