Cartier Panthère, Clash, Trinity, Un Clou
Cartier Panthère, Clash, Trinity, Un Clou
Okay, here's the breakdown of my jewelry haul, with a little TMI sprinkled in! <Purchase Time/Price> I think I got these around 2023, lol. My memory is a blur 🤣 I wanted to post in order of purchase, but your girl can't even remember the dates...or the prices, for that matter. 🥲 First up: my Cartier Clash necklace! 💕 When all the chic teachers at work were like, "Is that a caterpillar? Gross!", my non-mainstream self thought it looked SO luxurious, like a fancy caterpillar, lol. Even the small size felt too tiny on me! 🫥 So, I easily upgraded to the medium, and it goes perfectly with casual, chic, or feminine outfits. Super happy with it! ⭐ No cons for me, and the pros? It's spiky, but the part that touches my skin is rounded, making it super comfortable! Couldn't find my own pics, so I stole one from my own blog, lol. This time, it's a Busan souvenir! 😂😂😂 Even on a family trip to Busan, I was determined to hit up Centum City and snagged this Clash ring! Again, I have no recollection of the price, but it felt great on my finger, and despite the spiky design, it's comfy. Plus, they had a size that fit my tiny, baby-finger-sized fingers, so I HAD to get it, lol. That's right, Cartier finally arrived in the city of Sungsimdang?! What else could I do? When everyone was raving about the Baignoire, I just HAD to leave with a Panthère diamond watch. (Why can't I ever just leave empty-handed? 🙄🙄🙄) Honestly, I was drooling over the Baignoire Mini with a red strap and a couple rows of diamonds, but my bank account isn't quite there yet. So, I settled for the Panthère diamond and walked out with it right then and there. I think it was around KRW 18,000,000, lol. I remember because my husband, at the salon, texted me, "Relieving stress in style, I see???" 😂😂😂 So, I layer it with my tennis bracelet, and what's not to love? No cons here! 😂😂😂😂 I'm not sure if this is the right order, but judging by the mink coat, I messed up, lol. I needed some bold earrings to go with my mink in the winter, so I bought the Trinity earrings on sight. (These were a Seoul souvenir!) The small size looked too long on my long face, so I went with the wider medium size. (I just don't look good in small stuff… 😎👍) They said the post was too short, and I'd have to leave it for an extension, but guess what? I live in the land of Sungsimdang, and who knows when I'll be back... But luckily, my ears are tiny, and my earlobes are thin, so the length is perfect without an extension! Score! It's eco-friendly, and it was meant to be! 😂😂😂😂 So, I brought it home with me right then and there! Then, I tried on my next wishlist item, lol. But I realized I didn't need diamonds to layer with my tennis bracelet! (Cha-ching!) The downside is that these can stretch out over time, but they're so pretty, who cares? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Next up is the Uncles two-row ring, my most recent purchase! I remember the price of this one! It was KRW 6,700,000. I'm built for bigger things, so one row was too dainty for me! 😂😂😂😂😂 I went with the delicate-yet-chunky two-row ring, and AGAIN!!!! AGAIN!!!! AGAIN!!!! It fit, so I got it right then and there...lol. (I can't stand waiting in line, whether it's for a restaurant or jewelry...) Since it was so pricey, I've got to get my money's worth, so I wear it every day! The pro is that it's gorgeous, duh. 🧐 lol The con is that I can feel the post hitting my bone sometimes. But if you're into reading, listening to music, going to art museums, and other elegant hobbies, you'll never notice the post. 😎 Oh, wait, the Clash necklace wasn't my first! I forgot about my Tank Solo... I think I got it like 13-14 years ago, and back then, Sungsimdang had never even seen a Cartier, so I bought it on a secondhand platform, lol. The downside is that I've scratched it up a lot. The upside is that it still keeps perfect time without an overhaul! It's still ticking away... What more could you want from a watch? lol It's fun to reminisce while writing this. 😍❤️ The end.
