I'd been wanting the Van Cleef & Arpels Sweet Alhambra mother-of-pearl necklace for two or three years now. Every time I went, they always said they were out of stock, and I couldn't even look at one. It was like chasing a unicorn 😭. But then, I visited the store without any expectations and asked, and wouldn't you know it, they actually had one in stock! I guess you have to go in without expecting anything haha.
