I received so much help from the Chicment cafe, so I'm mustering up the courage to write this in case it helps someone else! Hehe. This is my first post, so please be understanding if I make any mistakes. ^^ I purchased it on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Shinsegae Department Store in Daejeon. I saw a post about the price increase in Japan and hurriedly called the call center on Friday. Thankfully, they booked me an appointment for 12:30 PM on Saturday (it might have been possible because it was Daejeon). I arrived about 20 minutes early, and they kindly helped me enter right away. When I mentioned the Vintage Alhambra necklace during the reservation, they said they had set one aside for me. Heh. I was worried I wouldn't be able to buy it because they said there weren't many left when I inquired about stock at the call center, but thankfully, it worked out! Hehe. I wanted to purchase it with gift certificates, so I asked about vendors. They told me there were two places that had left business cards at the store and to call whichever was convenient. I called the business card with the woman's name. They came to the store very quickly, in less than 5 minutes after I called, and I transferred the money via bank transfer inside the store. (Near Lotte Bon, they only accepted cash, but they accepted bank transfers here. The discount rate was the same for cash and bank transfers: 2.9%). The seller was so, so kind and gave me a cleaning kit, saying that they only give it to new Van Cleef customers once since last year. They even packed chocolates separately because the children were waiting, which was so touching (it's not usually allowed). Hehe. The necklace was 42cm, which was perfect for me since I usually like to wear it short, but she said it might be a little short if I wear a turtleneck, so I immediately had it lengthened by 3cm (usually they do 4cm, but I thought it would be too long). Length alterations take 3-4 weeks, and she said that even if I had it lengthened once, I could still have the length altered free of charge within a year. Hehe. She said to come back if I didn't like the length after wearing it! Hehe. For reference, they stopped accepting length alteration requests through the official website after August of this year. She said length alterations can only be requested at the store. The Vinda was so pretty too... It was different from what I saw on the official website. I thought it was the one with the eyes on the official website, but it was sparkling and dazzling!! However, I didn't have enough money... ㅠㅠ I got the Guilloche first.
