I've never been one for holiday collections, but this year's Holiday edition was so stunning that I couldn't resist! I ended up buying it through a private seller at a premium. As many have mentioned in their reviews, it resembles mother-of-pearl at first glance. It's hard to capture the pink tones in photos, which actually gives it a more innocent and pure vibe. When you turn it this way and that, you can see the pink shimmer in natural light! But if you compare it side-by-side with mother-of-pearl, you'll definitely notice the pink is much more prominent. What made me finally decide to buy it was that I'd been wanting a vintage Alhambra size piece, but mother-of-pearl felt too common, and I already owned Sweet Alhambra. The fact that the 2025 Holiday edition featured a pinkish mother-of-pearl with a rose gold chain was just too perfect for me! I love rose gold, so it felt like all the stars aligned. Plus, I thought it would go well with my Van Cleef bracelet. I had a smooth transaction with a very kind seller. Next time, I'll take a picture of it next to my Van Cleef bracelet. This is really it for me this year... no more shopping... I swear! 💸
