October 18th, Van Cleef & Arpels at Lotte World Tower Avenuel, Jamsil: -Vintage Alhambra Diamond Yellow Gold: KRW 13,100,000 -Guilloché Bracelet Yellow Gold: KRW 10,600,000 My husband wanted to get me something special for giving birth this year and our 3rd wedding anniversary, so we visited Van Cleef & Arpels at Lotte World Tower Avenuel. I knew I wanted something I could wear all the time, so gemstones were out of the question. I was considering the Guilloché, but when I tried on the Vintage Alhambra Diamond, my husband's eyes widened and we locked eyes. We both knew it was the one! We made the decision right away and purchased it with gift certificates. I also wanted to see the Guilloché bracelet, but they didn't have it in stock, so I just bought the necklace and left. Later, while browsing the department store, I felt a little disappointed, so we went back to the Van Cleef store, and the salesperson told me they had the Guilloché and let me try it on. It was absolutely gorgeous! Plus, it felt like such a good value with five motifs, haha. So, I put down a 30% deposit of KRW 3,200,000 and ordered it. They said it would take two months, but I received it on November 8th. There was also an issue with exchanging the necklace, so I left it with them and picked it up on the same day. I was so excited that I unboxed it at a café behind Bulgari and immediately put it on, haha! My husband kept rolling up my sleeves, which was so funny. He's the best. I chose both the necklace and bracelet as everyday pieces that I can wear all the time, so I'm completely in love with them. I never take them off, even when I shower or sleep. My husband is happy because I love them so much. They're both so beautiful, and I feel grateful for my husband's thoughtfulness every time I see them. I'm planning to wear them until I'm an old lady and then pass them down to my daughter.
