I've spent so much this year, but I told myself this would be the last time and went ahead with the purchase. My ultimate wish is the choker plain necklace, but after buying two demi pavé rings and a bracelet, my funds were a bit low, so I only got the earrings. Of course, the ones with diamonds are shinier and prettier (you get what you pay for, right? lol), but the salesperson advised me that plain earrings, which don't scratch easily, can maintain their shine for a long time and still look beautiful. Taking their advice to heart and thinking about value for money (?), I, with my long hair, opted for the plain earrings. (With the money I saved from not buying the demi pavé earrings, I kind of want to go buy a Van Cleef & Arpels Zodiac necklace, but I might be getting my watch balance and Quarterback bonus soon, so I need to save up! Ugh, decisions, decisions... lol) Thank you to Chic-nim for introducing me to the Van Cleef salesperson! ㅜ) I like that it's a one-touch style and the backings aren't separate, but the tension is so strong that it leaves marks like this when I take the earrings off, haha. I need to get the tension adjusted, but I didn't want to come empty-handed right after buying them, so I just brought them home as is. lol If you're considering the Serpenti earrings, even the plain ones are beautiful, so I recommend trying them on! 😊
