Late October 2025, at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido: I purchased a Van Cleef & Arpels Vintage Alhambra bracelet with 5 motifs in yellow gold and mother-of-pearl for KRW 7,850,000. I made a reservation and visited. While waiting in the private room, I took a picture of a necklace that was there. It's so beautiful, but the price is astronomical, haha. They had both yellow gold and white gold available. I felt that the white gold had a cooler, more subdued tone and wouldn't suit me, so I went with the yellow gold. They showed me three bracelets in total. I chose the one with the most pink and rainbow colors. Honestly, I'm still not sure if I should keep it, haha. I've used agate for necklaces and earrings before, but this is my first time with mother-of-pearl, so choosing the color was a bit of a challenge. The color changes depending on the angle, and it doesn't have a fixed color like agate, so it was difficult for me to judge. I was told that they usually shorten it by about 2 cm, and it's free within a year, so I can shorten it anytime. If I don't shorten it, will it slip off too much? I need to think about how many centimeters would be best to shorten it by. The manager who assisted me was kind and took good care of everything! I'll definitely use this store again. Because it's long, only about two motifs are visible... They said that if I shorten it, the spacing will decrease, and three motifs will be visible.
