Prada loafers were my absolute first choice for my first luxury loafers, but after trying them on at Starfield Hanam in September '25, I hesitated because of the comfort and the somewhat excessive heel. After debating, I went to the Louis Vuitton store and found a pair with a 3.5cm heel, which was perfect. The front also had a good height, so they made my legs look great when I wore shorts! Haha. Still, I wondered if it was too impulsive, so I asked my friends, and opinions were split: half said Prada was cute, and the other half said Louis Vuitton was less flashy and better for long-term wear, which was confusing. 😵‍💫 Since the heel height wasn't on the website, I measured it myself. lol. It's 3.5cm. Even though it's a chunky heel, the toe is slim, so I thought it would go well with slacks and H-line skirts in addition to shorts, so I chose this over Prada! I'm a true size 240 with wide feet (bought size 37). Comfort: There's a slight bit of slipping even when choosing the correct size. After walking for 2-3 hours, my bunion area started to feel tight. I put a band-aid on my Achilles tendon beforehand, so I didn't get any blisters or chafing. I think they'll be comfortable enough once I break them in more. I wore them with a casual outfit the first time and to an early autumn wedding the second time. I fell in love with their winter collection and bought them immediately. What do you think? I was worried the signature loafer pattern might make them look old, but I chose them because the slightly chunky heel seemed youthful. Do you think they look good?
