So, some time ago, I asked for advice from you chic folks in your early 40s about necklaces, and I'm finally posting an update! Van Cleef & Arpels had overwhelming support back then, but some of you recommended Bulgari's Serpenti, so I set aside a day to visit both and make a decision. I went to Van Cleef first and tried some on, planning to head to Chaumet afterward, but the wait was too long that day, so I couldn't try anything on. I ended up going to Bulgari, and the only one I knew was Serpenti... It was my first time seeing it in person. The Bulgari salesperson was incredibly kind and let me try on Divas' Dream, B.zero1, and Serpenti. They were all gorgeous, and B.zero1 and Van Cleef were beautiful too, but they often didn't suit me when I wore them. Plus, having a thicker neck (chubby cheeks!) meant they all clung uncomfortably to my neck... The long time it would take to adjust the length also influenced my decision. I realized I need to lose weight to make anything look good, haha. I went back to Bulgari and tried on B.zero1, but it didn't look as good as I thought, so I passed. I tried on Serpenti without much expectation, but I thought it suited me really well! This was it! I made the purchase without hesitation and wore it home. Also, the Bulgari chain is a bit longer and thicker, so it feels more secure. Thanks to the help of so many of you, I bought the Bulgari Serpenti, a piece I can wear everyday! You chic people were right, it was important to try them on first. ㅠㅠ My feet were a little sore, but I'm so grateful to you chic people for helping me get a necklace I love. I might have bought just anything if it weren't for you. Thank you so much! I'm in the countryside, so I bought it at Shinsegae Centum!
