I bought this back in 2023, and after not wearing it for a while, I've been reaching for it a lot lately! The holiday version has a single diamond, which makes it feel a bit more special, don't you think? It's called silver obsidian, but my husband keeps teasing me that it's the same as a black Go stone, haha! The shades vary from piece to piece; some are light gray, some are dark gray, and mine seems to be closer to the lighter side. Most vintage pendants are yellow gold, but this one's rose gold, which I love. It feels a little heavier than Mao pearl or onyx, in my opinion. I'm a little worried about getting the gemstone wet, but when I looked up care instructions online, it said to clean it every day...haha. Apparently, you're supposed to rinse it under running water for a minute or two.
