- Purchase Date & Visit Date & Location & Price: 2025, August, Shinsegae Department Store (Gangnam Branch) (Giving 4 out of 5 stars due to unpleasant service at Shinsegae Gangnam.) ✔️ Product Review The Sixties wasn't originally on my shopping list. I was considering other watches, but none of them were quite right. After trying this one on, it kept lingering in my mind the next morning. I only had leather strap watches, so I needed a metal bracelet watch like this, but more than anything, it was just beautiful. The advantage is that it's a subtle statement piece, lightweight, and the band is flexible, making it comfortable to wear. I dislike clothes, watches, or shoes that are uncomfortable or make the area they're worn on look bulky, no matter how pretty they are. This watch makes my wrist look slimmer when I wear it. + It has a unique yet classic feel, so it'll go well with various outfits and can be worn for a long time without going out of style. I don't know any disadvantages yet (the Possession I bought a few years ago was also quiet but strong? I think this watch will be like that). As you can see in the photos, the Piaget diamonds are small but sparkle beautifully. I thought the sparkle was amazing even after buying the Possession watch, and it's the same with the Sixties. * Unpleasant experience at Shinsegae Gangnam Piaget store and recommendations for better Piaget stores When buying luxury goods, I want to receive good service that matches the price. In that sense, I don't recommend the Shinsegae Gangnam Piaget store. I ended up buying it there because Shinsegae is the department store where I'm building my purchase history, but the buying process was unpleasant. The Piaget employees at Shinsegae Gangnam change too often, and the service isn't as good as it used to be. I bought from a seller who was moving from Shinsegae to another branch, and another Shinsegae Gangnam Piaget employee (a newly arrived supervisor with medium-length hair) treated me poorly. It felt like Shinsegae Gangnam didn't want to deal with me anymore... When I bought the Possession in the past, they served a variety of snacks and wrapped chocolates, cookies, and drinks of all kinds. They also gave me a watch strap as a gift, but this time there were no services at all. The employee mentioned above helped with the payment and packaging, but she kept saying "no" to even small requests. When I asked if I could exchange the receipt and until when, she coldly refused, saying I had to come within a month (even though I later found out it was possible within 3 months). It was very unpleasant. The meringue was packed broken, so I even had to ask to have it replaced, and the cookies packed by the store were all stale and inedible. From my point of view, I had consulted with the employee who sold me the watch before, and whenever I went to the store, that employee would come forward and guard me, leading to the purchase. The seller who sold it to me didn't think about taking care of me or providing good service, and just kept making jokes? that weren't even funny. They just kept telling me to visit them at the new store... Ugh, it was so annoying... I had been to Lotte, Galleria, and Apgujeong Hyundai Piaget stores, and the service was really good. I went to Shinsegae because of my purchase history, but experiencing this made me feel really unpleasant about buying something that costs over KRW 10,000,000. The male manager at Apgujeong Hyundai Piaget was really kind and nice, and I regret not buying it there. If you're buying Piaget, go to Apgujeong Hyundai or Galleria, where the male seller also offers many benefits. Avoid the seller who sold it to me, as they went to Galleria. As a customer, I don't like sellers who don't take care of you, don't provide service, and just talk a lot. I don't know why, but Shinsegae Piaget seems to offer fewer benefits than other department stores. Considering that it's different for each department store, it seems like it's not a uniform policy of Piaget headquarters, but rather Shinsegae Gangnam that's like that. I'm not sure if it's right to keep going to Shinsegae to build my Shinsegae VIP purchase history in a place like this.
