For our big family trip to Hokkaido, I tried to find things in advance, but everything was already sold out! I bought the previous pleated top at the Apphyun store, and I wanted to get the charcoal cardigan with a hint of 'Murasaki-iro' (purple) and the July monthly skirt. I rushed there on the first day, but the store was already closed. I went on the second day, but the July skirt was sold out in early July, so I only got the black skirt. I still felt like something was missing. I asked a pleated expert for help, and they said there was a light gray one available. Should I buy it? They insisted I absolutely should. On the third day, I asked our guide if we could delay our departure by an hour, and I did an open run to the store. I got a latte from Starbucks in front of Mitsukoshi, prepared myself mentally, waited for the store to open, and was the first one in! I got the light gray basic skirt and the Nishi tunic top. I'm cool-toned, so light gray looks better on me. The price was amazing! I think I made back the cost of the plane ticket. After getting a one-day guest card for a 5% discount and tax refund, I think it came out to around KRW 75,000~80,000.
