Even though we were the seventh group in line after the opening, we still waited for over an hour... I bet the wait times are crazy long on weekends. By the time I finished buying and left, it was almost 1 PM. Does Cartier usually have the salesperson set up a flower vase for a celebratory photo before you even buy? They were so kind, haha. They even gave me a watch pouch (do they usually give those out?). I was torn between the Ballon Bleu 28mm and the Panthère, but the salesperson recommended the Panthère, so I finally decided on that one. They said the Panthère is running low, and you have to wait to get one... and that a price increase is pretty much guaranteed, I guess. I still have a slight longing for the Ballon Bleu, but I should definitely wear the Panthère with pride since they even adjusted the strap for me. 😄
