I usually wear crossbody bags, and I wanted something versatile in caviar leather, preferably in beige. I visited without much expectation (I'd struck out about three times before, haha), but I found the perfect bag and had to have it! Chanel has always been a lifelong dream and on my wishlist. I'm going to wear my first luxury bag until it's worn out, not just cherish it, haha. I found out after buying it that it's the Retro Twist model and a small size, so it's technically a wallet-on-chain! When I kept coming up empty, I was wondering if I should give up on my dream and get the Lady Dior, which looked so pretty when I tried it on, or compromise and buy just any Chanel bag. But I'm glad I didn't give up. When I was unsure, the posts and comments from senior members in online communities were so helpful. Thanks everyone!
